2026 Key Dates

• February 3 – Request for proposals issued
• February 11 – Online information session for potential applicants
• February 17 – Deadline for submitting questions regarding RFP
• February 22 – Answer to questions posted
• March 3 – RFP responses due by 1 p.m. Central time
• March – Committee completes review of applications
• April and May – Pre-award risk assessment and contract negotiations with selected applicants
• Early July 2026 – Grant awards announced publicly, grant contracts begin
