LoginMN is the State of Minnesota’s new sign on system. In late June 2026, METS, including the Navigator Portal you use to access the system and support Minnesotans, will transition to LoginMN.

What this means for users of the navigator portal in METS

As METS migrates to LoginMN, you will need to complete your LoginMN registration steps to access the Navigator Portal in METS.

There are two different types of accounts in LoginMN. A Partner/Business account is connected to your work role and is used to access systems needed to support Minnesotans. A Constituent/Personal account is used for your own business with the State. As a Navigator, you will use a Partner/Business account because you work on behalf of the State to help Minnesotans apply and enroll in health coverage.

Important: Do not try to create a Partner/Business account on your own. Wait until you receive instructions, as creating one early may cause issues with access.

Once METS has been migrated, you will receive an email explaining the steps you must complete in LoginMN, including setting up multifactor authentication as part of your Partner/Business account registration. After completing these steps, you will sign into METS through LoginMN going forward.
