Minnesotans seeking health insurance

Minnesota's 2025 income tax form (Form M1) simplifies the process for individuals to inquire about health insurance coverage. Those without insurance can easily authorize the Minnesota Department of Revenue to share their information with MNsure by checking a designated box on the form. After submitting their tax return, these individuals will receive a letter from MNsure outlining available coverage options and the subsequent steps to take.
